Packing process and the characteristics

1.the bag was received upper and delivered to the bag clip device( when no bag, the machine will warn previously. Cut off the work force)

2.Print the production date.( the ribbon detection,when the ribbon run out ,the machine will stop running,and the touch screen will show the status,to make sure the bag be coded perfectly.)

3. Open the bag.(open the bag to test,bag not open,no filling,to make sure the oil do not been wasted.)

4. Filling. ( using the liquid filing machine)

5. Transit 

6.Hot sealing  (temperature abnormal warn, the detection of bag falling, material not been filled, the hot sealing not working)

7. Hot sealing again

8. Shape and output( the hot sealing can choose the plane grain,vertical strips,grid grain etc. All sealing ways is elaborate.)
